Itinerary:

The safety, comfort and satisfaction of clients are most important to Obsession Fishing Safaris. However, itineraries, fares, accommodation and schedules may of necessity be changed without notice at the discretion of the Operator. Such changes will not be unduly made and are usually due to weather conditions and increased operating costs (e.g.. fuel costs rises). In such cases the Operator accepts no responsibility and no refunds will be issued. The Operator reserves the right to change vehicles or carriers as circumstances dictate.

Deposits

A 30% deposit of the total booking value is required to confirm all bookings.

Final Payment is due 30 days prior to tour for day tours and 90 days for extended trips. Full payment is required at time of booking if for a day tour it is less that 30 days away and for an extended tour it is less than 90 days away.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellations must be made in writing and can be via e-mail (info@obsessionfishing.com.au), facsimile (+61 8 8927 5307), or by letter. No cancellation will be accepted unless received in writing

Day Tours

• Bookings Cancelled outside 30 days incur a 30% charge of booking cost.
• Bookings Cancelled between 30 - 15 days incur 75% charge of booking cost.
• Bookings Cancelled inside 14 days incur 100% charge of booking cost.

Extended Tours

• Bookings Cancelled outside 90 days incur a 30% charge of booking cost.
• Bookings Cancelled between 90 - 30 days incur 75% charge of booking cost.
• Bookings Cancelled inside 30 days incur 100% charge of booking cost.

note: cancellation policy may vary depending on tour options, you will be notified of specific cancellation details when making bookings.

note: a change in numbers/dates from your original booking may constitute a cancellation.

note: failure to make final payment by due date may result in your trip being sold to someone else

Medical:

The Operator warns that hot dry conditions can prevail, and we recommend a medical examination for those in poor health. No responsibilities will be accepted for accidents, illness or misadventure or loss of goods or possessions and it is recommended that adequate travel insurance be taken out to cover against the above. Some trips are into remote areas and clients on medication should take ample supply with them.

Special Interest Groups

These can be catered for on request and itineraries made to suit clients. Bird watchers, study groups, anglers, flyfishers and naturalists are all welcome to call for tailor made tours
